Re: VO: Force- A simple guide to AI

I don't suppose you could also do a quick rundown of the options menu, too? :p

Re: VO: Force - who's in?!

Okay, somebody's going to have to whip up a faq explaining all the various commands and menus... :o

And when I mean "explain", I mean "translate".

Re: VO: Force - who's in?!

I'll be playing Force when I get home from work today, but likely offline only for a few days until I get the hang of my new main (Kagekiyo) and the game in general.

Re: VO: Force - who's in?!

The U.S. and Japanese versions of VOOT were able to play each other online; there's no reason to think SEGA would change that for Force.

Oh, yeah, back when Activision wasn't the arch rival of video gaming everywhere. :p

Re: Virtual-On "Force" Trailer

Sadly, no; the Japanese have this thing for the English language, you see...

The likelihood is pretty good that it'll make it here, though, since SEGA brought every console Virtual On game to the west, aside from the SEGA Ages version of the original.

Re: Virtual On Force coming to XBLA?

Mostly in the roster, which has a ton of variants of the Temjin and Vox series, and as few as 1 model for most everybody else. Everybody got at least 3 or 4 variants (except Guara), in Force. Also, OMG A TRAILER: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IhJ3zyMe0A Definitely giving Guara a whirl after Kageki...

Re: Virtual On Force coming to XBLA?

Maybe they'll invest some time in implementing decent AI for the CPU, so I have something to practice with when there's nobody on LIVE to play against.

Hell, I still wish they would do so with VOOT.

If they do sell the game for full price, they better include a lot of extra content, or something. O_o

Re: Virtual On Force coming to XBLA?

I know VOOT sold well in Japan, but what about the US? Does anybody know? The decision will probably largely depend on that. I doubt Virtual On ever did nearly as well in the U.S. as it did in Japan, yet SEGA has always proven to be awesome and brought Virtual On to the west regardless. I'll remain...
