Is it me or somewhere from VOOT to Force did the series image go from hardcore manly fighting game to loli robot otaku game?

It kinda started from VOOT, with Fei-yen being changed from a Sailormoon-ish look to a DFC spandex-wearing ballerina with a giant toothpick.

Of course, it only natural to evolve from that and introduce maids and the magical cat girl into the mix. That and giving Temjin some flowery designs.

How can you turn a game about robot battle into some perverted fetish

I guess there's a demand for it, and keeping the series "alive" with fetish merchandise is a lot easier than making a new game.

Expect bunny-suit Fei-Yen with armor break capabilities if there's a new VO game coming soon. Guarayakha will come with Strike Witches' propeller feet, a tail and no skirt. Angelan would probably be equipped with oppai missiles.
