I do want to add that Happmart had mislabeled that joystick. That is a digital joystick.
I recognize that joystick from Acidshock's Link, its the same flight sticks I used with my Hrap-EX mod.

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks *NOW COMPLETE*
Fredo they both look nice. Nice clean wiring and awesome custom panel art. I also like your Virtua stick mod that you did. Looks really classy. Mind if I show other people this stick? Yes its a shame whats going on with the PS360, the old ones are discontinued and the PS360+ is delayed from release ...

Re: Custom Twin Sticks roundup
Those look so sweet. Are there any modders out there that provide stick modding services for those of us who aren't skilled enough not to destroy a pair of sticks? I'd love to play on my 360 with a pair of these. I can offer assistance in helping you mod a pair of sticks for voot. PM me if your int...

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks
We in the States call them Zip ties or Cable ties.
Any ways its the outside of the stick not the insides everyone will see.
Nicely done.
I am going to be working on a HSS - 0136 mod as soon as the stick gets delivered.
So I will share what I learn from my project to help you out.

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks
As a Shoryukren forums regular, I have to say, that wiring is pretty good. If you want to "clean up the wiring more so" I would use some spiral wrap as you do not have to cut any wiring. Just cut the spiral wrap to length and wrap your existing wiring up. Spiral wrap examples: http://www.f...

Re: Supporting the PS3 with VOOT goodness
I think it's kinda fair, Sega gave PS3 so much exclusives this gen, VOOT and Force are the two only Sega exclusive on the 360... Instead of wasting time requesting ports of the ports, ask for new Virtual On games ;) PS3 Exclusive Virtual-On Game? Maybe now dual-modding my Hrap-EX Twin Sti...

Re: Random info that MIGHT be useful, but probably not.
The "OMG style" handle is a very common part in the arcade industry. Star Wars Trilogy Arcade uses them, Ocean Hunter uses them... not surprised that another does, though it is interesting that a non-Sega company would use it. Looks like they made a mold based on the original and started ...

Re: hrap-ex modded to be a Twin-stick
Awesome ! How did you make the faceplate ? Someone I know on Shryuken forums by the name Blk Lighting cut made the metal panel for me. I came up with what I want to do and he worked with me to come up with a layout that would work on the hrap-ex. For existing arcade sticks, as long as you have the ...

Re: Does anyone like this?
I actually know someone (blk lighting) on the shoryuken forums who does custom metal panels. I would recommend the hrap over the TE as the TE requires alot of dermeling plastic to make the twin stick layout work. Oh and I wouldn't place the A B X Y buttons here, as they could be be accidentally pres...

Re: Advice/Opinions needed
You best option is to test the leads next to each switch for the joystick. It looks like that board is common ground which is a bonus for you, less wiring. In the image you provided the right side of that top contact is common ground To be sure, you will want to test the board out with a multi-meter...

Nice twin stick Project. This is one of the cleaner looking Quick shot mod projects I seen yet.
One question, how did you keep the only NES chip on the Quick Shot from interfering with the Xbox 360 PCB?

Re: Sunga Twinstick for Xbox 360
You might be right MentholMoose, I didn't want to discourage Pizzadrill, just save him alot of effort to decode something I do not know exist. Although I admit it would be cool to see someone make a dedicated virtual-on PCB for the Xbox 360. By the way do any one knows what kind of joystick the Sung...

Re: Sunga Twinstick for Xbox 360
The question on my mind about the Sunga sticks is: Will they be detected as twinsticks by the game? I'm sure that the official twinsticks have a unique hardware id which is sent to the 360 during the USB detection process, as most USB devices do. If somebody could confirm this, I would purchase a s...

Re: VOF on Ebay
I just got my copy in the mail yesterday from eBay form a seller in Hong Kong. Cost me $56.05 and free shipping.
I ordered it Feb 3, and I got it Feb 24. I think the shipping got delayed because of the holiday they had earlier this month.

Re: Question about the fetish code?
I doubt it, and if Force gets a US release, there likely won't be a fetish code. True, as bad of a wrap as gaming as in the news media, Sega does not want or need this kind of publicity. Were still talking about Sega here and not EA Games. http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/extra-credits/2...
