Re: Intergalactic Shmuppreciation Month!
I found Einhander more manageable because you either only had one active weapon slot or you just switched their positions. With Strania's two active slots and one inactive, I wasn't sure which direction the weapons rotated through your hands.

Re: Intergalactic Shmuppreciation Month!
Strania is fun, but I had problems with getting new weapons in the heat of battle, and I'd end up replacing something I didn't want to replace. Bangai-O HD: Missile Fury came out recently, but I didn't really like that either; it's quite the spectacle, but dash -> counterattack -> dash -> counteratt...

Ah okay. Probably best not to ask about their stance regarding... well, anything, then.

Re: Earthquake in Japan
sorry. I have a tendency of getting the idea that the WBC will act all arrogant and jump to ridiculous conclusions whenever something goes horribly wrong in the world, which they most likely do! You remember the 2006 Sago Mine Disaster, right? Those WBC chumps protested the funerals of the victims,...

Re: Plot Elements: V-Crystals
No, you didn't make those exact topics. But you've made some just as pointless, like the WoW one. Not sure why you're attacking the only guy who has defended you either... This topic doesn't really make me care about V-Crystals either. There's little reason to discuss a macguffin; it's there just to...

It's nice to visit relatives you don't see very often. The money doesn't hurt either.

Re: Lost Sheep Returns to Flock
Nob, you learned quick after the first Ram, because I didn't land another one after that.
And I've never used Angelan in a player match before. I'm curious how she stacks up; that is, after I remember the stuff I used to do with her.

Lost Sheep Returns to Flock
To make a long story short, I'm back. If you want said long story, then keep reading. I got into VOOT shortly after its 360 release; I was living in a dorm on my college, and a friend of mine was also interested in the game and got it on his 360. It was a rough ride at first; neither of us could bea...

Don't know what good this will do because
a) My account isn't gold
b) My house has no decent internet, hence a)
but you guys are welcome to add me anyways.

Re: What is needed for system link play in VOOT 360?
I've done some system link stuff for GoW2, Halo 3, and L4D in the past, and we used those exact same methods as described in the link. VOOT should be no different, so just plug an ethernet cable between the two 360's, turn them on, and you should be good to go. Not sure about the DNA and RNA sides, ...

Re: Impressions!
Yesterday one of my dorm buddies went and downloaded the game, so I decided to get a sneak preview before I get it for myself during the weekend. At the time I was expecting it to play out like Gundam vs. Zeta Gundam or a grounded version of Zone of the Enders; boy was I wrong. The biggest issue I h...

Re: Share your VO experience or history
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Welcome Kaiser Dragon! Nice avatar too, btw. Wing Zero? :P It's actually the RX-78-2, though seeing how many Gundam heads follow the same general design guidelines I don't blame you for mistaking them. :geek: Oh man...ur childhood sounds a lot like mine! Now tha...

Re: Share your VO experience or history
There isn't much to say about my VO experience. I remember seeing VOOM around as a young boy, but my parents weren't big on giving me money to blow at an arcade, so I would always watch the demo play out, mesmerized by the big robots and pretty explosions. I do vaguely remember playing once as Raide...
