Re: GamerTags

I'll be hopefully online with the game center's "Gameclucks2" account later today. Come and play voltage in the milky night. Or in the US west coast evening, as it were.

Ahh, the good times of AVC. Hacking the VOOM machine for free credits. Regular and frequent VOOT DC cable gatherings.

Re: Post your questions here

First, I fought this guy with a Bal-Bados. I was playing as Raiden. Secondly, I played with a couple of Temjins. They render my Dash Vectoring ineffective by shooting first before dashing to the side then doing a Dash Attack (I thought I was supposed to dash forward when people do a side dash attac...

Re: Good Games/ Bad Games Thread

Hey, Tom, I'm glad you finally have the chance to play! Will you ever visit the game center on the weekend? I don't play that much on weekdays, and only in the evening, but on weekends I play most of the day. I can probably make time for it; weekdays are just most convenient for a mid-day bit of 3d...

Re: Good Games/ Bad Games Thread

Had a great time playing a bunch of games with neoKEN360, NeoKnuckles, and a bunch that I'm already starting to forget. I was "GameClucks2".

Re: GamerTags

I've started playing at a local game center that has 360s. I play under their GT: "GameClucks2"

I'm just north of Seattle, WA, USA
And I play mostly Raiden.

Re: Official Xbox 360 Twin Sticks ¥30,000 in November from Hori

In light of this, you could probably make some decent cash buying up DC sticks from Play-Asia, modding them, and selling them at a profit (surely for less than $300). After further review, it looks like it breaks down like so: Used DC sticks from Play-Asia: $140 after shipping 360 controller for PC...

I wonder how many they have. Their site doesn't seem to indicate, but I was able to add 6 to my cart.

Not buying though. Not yet.

Re: why!?

i probably will eventually, i'm using raiden right now. If I can find it, I'll upload to YouTube a video that I recorded back in the day. Scott built a special disk that booted the game up in a mode where the AI never fired a shot. As a side-effect, Tangram never opened up. I still finished with ar...

Fliptopbox vs Tangram (No-Attack)

Hello there.

Ever wonder what it would be like if you were fighting Tangram, and the weak spot never showed up?

Wonder no more.

Re: Small website change - if possible

Please. No.

The only time a new window or tab should be opened is when the user specifically requests it. Hold Ctrl and click. Right-click and pick "New Tab". Plenty of ways to do it.

It might fit your own style for a site to auto-pop windows, but it certainly isn't mine.

Re: Share your VO experience or history

I don't recall ever seeing info on any VO-related forums about any VOOT scene in LV, or else I would have checked it out! I'm in Socal, and I flew to Washington a couple times for VOOT, so driving to Vegas would have been no problem. Oh well, that's ancient history now! We were somewhere near Barst...

Re: VOOT 5.66 on XBLA this April, 1200 points

Also don't forget Twin Sticks. I don't think fliptopbox will be satisfied with a controller. Assuming you still have some Twin Sticks, the DIY option is basically the cost of a donor Xbox 360 controller. To hire someone to do it will probably be $75 or so (I haven't found anyone to do it... yet... ...

Re: VOOT 5.66 on XBLA this April, 1200 points

I just realized that I'll have to buy an Xbox if I want to play this. Ugh.

How much will I need to spend total to get this all up and running? $400?

Looks like its a good thing I held onto my Saturn sticks! I can't wait to get modding. Maybe I'll even buy an Xbox.
