Re: Modded Saturn Twin Sticks for Xbox 360 - in progress

Re: Modded Saturn Twin Sticks for Xbox 360 - in progress

RC and LC? Right "Click" and Left "Click"... i.e. the button activated when you press down on the analog sticks. Ah, I thought that might be it, but wasn't sure. I call them L3 & R3. All you really need is the thumbpad, the 4 face buttons (+Back), and MAYBE the bumpers if yo...

Re: Modded Saturn Twin Sticks for Xbox 360 - in progress

Alas, I wound up getting one of the newer-NEW Madcatz pads. Which isn't a huge problem since VO:OT doesn't need to use the triggers, but I haven't found a labeled picture of the reverse side of the PCB to show where the RC and LC contacts are. Re: Cake Pan Twin Sticks!

Oh awesome! You actually took my advice and posted your cake pan sticks here! Those are absolutely epic. Thanks for sharing. The blue piping really gives them that extra accent that makes them super stylish. Do they actually work? ;) Do you have any pics of the bottom or anything showing the c...

Re: Modded Saturn Twin Sticks for Xbox 360 - in progress

I see you soldered jumpers to the PCB. I live in mortal fear of that. Wouldn't it be possible to tap into the contacts on the microswitches themselves, as if you were wiring a stick from scratch? That way, it would be like you had 2 separate, but complete, sets of wiring. It sounds a lot less harro...

Re: Modded Saturn Twin Sticks for Xbox 360 - in progress

Here are a couple of pics of what I have so far... this is a pair of Saturn Twin Sticks, modded with new wiring and a connector that I will connect to a modded Xbox 360 controller. The controller I ordered should be here any day now, so I will possibly have this working sometime next week (although...
