Re: Share your VO experience or history
Updated history: Last week I decided to start playing Shenmue 2 again, it cost me a lot of (virtual) time and money, but I finally managed to grad all of the Virtual On figures in the game ! That damned BRADTOS was difficult as hell to find !

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks *NOW COMPLETE*
Thank you Menthol ! The custom PCB was a little personal challenge but appeared to be a good way to make a clean wiring for the extra A B X Y buttons, otherwise, I could have simply soldered the connectors directly to the wires coming from le DB15 port. I will upload the template I used to make this...

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks *NOW COMPLETE*
Ha ha, thinking about it, this proverb might be related to the fact tha French people are commonly known for their cowardness, whereas American are known for their hasardous yet adventurous spirit  Anyway, let's get to the point, my second project is now over ! :D Step: 1 : Switching handles fr...

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks
In fact, the Macatz PCB is screwed to the VMU port you can see on the top of this picture so it is still a bit employed. But there is nothing more I planned to do with this window as the stick already has everything it needs (Xbox Guide, Headset Jack etc) There is a French proverb that says "Le...

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks
I have added the final touch to my Black TwinStick project, so I give you a summary of all the work accomplished. You already saw most of it but it is really to make it all back together. Step 1 Switching parts from the Saturn TwinStick and replacing the Special Button by a yellow one to fit with th...

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks
Ho thank you. Well, there many things you can not see due to the quality of the picture, but some wires are tensed and I don't like that. I had no choice but to use this PCB again (finding a fightpad at a reasonnabl price has become quite hard in France) on wich I soldered very thin wires wich was a...

Not really an update beacause I'm still waiting for the buttons I've ordered to finish my custom Saturn Twin Stick. Anyway, somebody asked me some pictures of my custom Dreamcast TwinStick so here we go: Here is a picture of the case being painted: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/11/dsc3435z.jp...

Re: Any long-time pad players ever switch to twin sticks?
There is one move with Raiden that I don't manage to perform with the TwinStick: the crouching diagonal CW
Basically, with the game pad it's pretty easy: rotate + Crouch Button + CW
But with a TwinStick, how the hell can I rotate and crouch simultaneously ?

MentholMoose: Thanxs, yeah it looks much better now than what I first expected to do with the original faceplate. Damaging it was not such a bad idea x) Chunky: In fact the sticks are screwed directly on the plexiglass so I don't think I could do anything to prevent the faceplate from curving =/ Her...

Re: A new project of 360 TwinSticks
Hey guess what, it's time for an update. So, thanks to Billkwando, I went into drilling the faceplate of the Saturn TS, and guess what ? it screwed everything. This faceplate is horribly strong and I'm not equipped for drilling through that. The faceplate became unusable so I choosed to cut a new on...

It is a mouse pad. The boobs are pillows to lay your wrist on, making it more comfortable than an ususal mouse pad. I don't know what it is from but I know they made some for Arcana Heart.

Re: The official Virtual-On model kit thread
You've found the way to sell thousands of $400 Hori Twin-Sticks : put a Miku artwork on it ! Seriously, I really think people who adulate Miku are dumb, but I somehow hope they would not get to play Virtual On, a hardcore Robot Vs-fighting game, just because they baught a figure of Miku as she would...
