Hi to all!
Does anyone have any techniques/skills to share with a budding Apharmd B player?
I don't really consider the below-mentioned as technique or skill, but I think they worked pretty well for me (at least).
- Forward Air Dash LW when your opponent is ending a dash
- Cutting corners by doing diagonal forward dashes rather than side dashes watari into forward dashes
Can't really think of anymore at the moment, but then and again, anyone care to share with me their experiences? Thanks.

Re: Apharmd B techniques/skills?
It didn't show on mine as accepted as of a couple of nights ago. I'll check when I get back tonight. On weekdays I can only play in the evenings and at night, so around 9:00pm Eastern or later. On the weekends I can usually be on at any time unless I have something that needs doing.
Anyway. Forward Air Dash LW works well in almost every situation. It has extremely good tracking, deals OK damage, and if done at close range will shield you during your landing. It works especially well against our crop of Temjin players. They have a tick where whenever they get nervous/anxious at close range, they do a Forward Air Dashing RW at the first opportunity. So when you throw your bomb they instinctively try to catch you when you land with the air-fwd-RW, but the shots instantly evaporate inside the explosion. That's when you follow up with a counter of your own when THEY land.

In my opinion, all AphB players MUST be able to do cLTCW cancel into dash instantly. Otherwise, pressuring the opponent becomes riskier. It helps relieves some offense from the opponent and doesn't commit you to an attack like his forward dashing attacks. You can do it when landing from a jump or jump-cancel.

cLTCW cancel into dash? Is it the one where you are already in the motion of cLTCW and you dashed away instead?

No. Turbo attacks are done from a nondash. cLTCW = crouching Left Turbo Center Weapon.yktan wrote:cLTCW cancel into dash? Is it the one where you are already in the motion of cLTCW and you dashed away instead?
For example, j.fwd dash bomb -> land -> cLTCW (tornado) -> dashing melee. If the opponent sticks anything out when aphB lands, the tornado will stun them for a free dashing melee.

Re: Apharmd B techniques/skills?
So the cancelling part, I assume, is the immediate movement after doing a cLTCW attack?

Re: Apharmd B techniques/skills?
I have difficulty executing it though. Could be due to pressing the crouch button for jump cancelling and it not being registered for cLTCW.
On a side note, how do people execute two homing tornadoes in a row?
Thanks

After the jump cancel, you can press crouch again for the cLTCW.yktan wrote:I have difficulty executing it though. Could be due to pressing the crouch button for jump cancelling and it not being registered for cLTCW.
