Any translation for Virtual-ON 15 Chronicles book?

I never found anything,
it's a shame since the chonicles book included in the memorial box of VON Force, seems to have LOTS of info about the series :(

Any chance to see a translation in future? Maybe some group taht are working on it...

There is a ton of translations groups you could hire to do it.
