Too bad it's not Fei-Yen Heart of Diva...but since the pic advertise it to be including a Miku-face as a selling point, let's hope it comes default with a VR face as well :D

This isn't actually a model kit. It's a pre-built action figure from Bandai, meaning it's good to go from the box. Guess I should've posted this in a different thread to avoid confusion. :)

(Heart thumping to Yume Yume by ONE OK ROCK) I think I'm in heaven. Normally, I don't feel anything for Miku but this makes me wish it's real... (Drools)

Seriously, how is this thing suppossed to sing ? IT HAS NO F**KING MOUTH !

Seriously, I hate Miku and I hate Sega letting her invade VO-universe.

Oh and look carefully on the close-up picture, you'll see that some painting is alreday going away.

Fei-yen already has her own songs before, so singing isn't really a problem ;) And considering Miku's popularity, this would undoubtedly bring some new fans.

Also, it's just a prototype. Paintjob is obviously gonna get fixed later on. Though it still needs the leek(preferably a beam-leek) :D

Take a look at phantasy star portable 2, leek weapons and miku/sega crossover already exists. And yes, would be awsome anyway ^^

You think it goes this way :
Otakus love Miku -> Otkus buy a Miku-Virtual On figure -> Otakus play Virtual On

Whereas it clearly goes like this :
Otakus play Virtual On + Otakus love Miku = Otkus buy a Miku-Virtual On figure

This will bring nothing to VO except more stupid kawaii stuff, in fact it uses the VO universe to increase Miku's popularity.

(Sighs) MIku is a virtual diva and is very well known pretty much everywhere. Virtual-On, on the other hand, kinda went underground since it isn't exactly well known except for about a few hundred people (estimating) who knows it. In short, it could go either way but how you explain how Guarayakha views it, it's the only way that actually makes sense.

You've found the way to sell thousands of $400 Hori Twin-Sticks : put a Miku artwork on it !

Seriously, I really think people who adulate Miku are dumb, but I somehow hope they would not get to play Virtual On, a hardcore Robot Vs-fighting game, just because they baught a figure of Miku as she would potentially appear in the VO Universe. VO has nothing to do with Miku.

I'm more towards the possibility of:
Otaku likes Miku> Otaku wonders WTF is VO> Otaku goes Oh my this is kinda fun> Otaku gets Miku and VO
This will bring nothing to VO except more stupid kawaii stuff, in fact it uses the VO universe to increase Miku's popularity
Stupid kawaii stuffs already exist in VO. Just look at my avatar :D Miku's popularity is already through the roof in Japan(and the world of otaku-dom), if anything, Sega is more likely using Miku to increase awareness to their old game franchise.

That said, calm the hell down. Any VO news, good or bad, is still better than having none at all.

If the small text isn't lying to me. it looks like it'll come out in November for 5040 yen. Better start saving your change, fellas :) (they should've made the price 3939 yen if they wanted to throw in another Miku reference :D ).

Just because you don't like Miku doesn't mean you have to somehow keep the fanbase "pure" and otaku-free. Trying to discriminate between otakus who are curious about VO and "true" fans of the series will only hurt the fanbase as a whole by having others label us as an exclusive clique of jerks.

First it was the boob code for Fei-yen, now this. To remove any remaining dignity there is left, SEGA just needs to release this

You don't want people who don't play the game, to think of something extremely negative when they 1st think of VO.

It is a mouse pad. The boobs are pillows to lay your wrist on, making it more comfortable than an ususal mouse pad. I don't know what it is from but I know they made some for Arcana Heart.

I don't know, it looks too big for a mouse pad... it seriously looks as big as a toilet seat! I've seen boob mouse pads before and they are smaller than that one. Just search YJA for "マウスパッド" (mouse pad), there are a lot of of them. Here are some samples:
http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r80955245
http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k139098194
http://page7.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g106109477
http://page2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b126360963

Actually, if you're going to bid on one, add the keyword "新品" to your search... it means "new item", and I really don't think anyone wants to buy one of these in used condition!
