So V.O Force is region free! This is very good news.

I did hear that the speed/movements of the mechs were SLOW. :?
That I'm VERY CONCERNED about!

Hopefully I'll pick this game up next week.
I am excited about it. :D

The feedback I've read so far indicates that the craziness of having four players makes up for the slower VRs. VOOT with four VRs would simply be too insane for mere mortals.

This, and the fast VRs (fei-yen, kagekiyo, specineff, aph J, myzr) are still pretty fast to control, as long as you get used to the new lock-on mechanics. Melee is still very fast paced and dash melee is more useful than before.

WTF?! What happened? Anyway, sorry to hear about that.

What sites? Do you mean the import stores like NCSX and PLAY-ASIA? You just register, add the game to your cart, and check out. At least for NCSX, I think you can call and order by phone.

I've had a bad knee since back in June when I first broke my knee by being pushed down a flight of stairs at my campus and boy did that turn into a fiasco. Well I worked for UPS as a Driver helper/Driver and that lead to alot of wear and tear too. So I was playing Dance Central, jumped, landed funny and *pop* and my knee came right out of my socket. The sad part really is that I had been training to join the army but now I have to have the knee surgery I opted out of the first time around because it would disqualify me for infantry recon.

Also I was talking more along the lines of Yahoo JP Auctions but, Play Asia is probally easier

Sorry to hear about your knee, Neo. Hope everything turns out well.

If you decide to use YJ!A, I would highly reccomend using TokyoBuyers. Just send them an email with the link to the item/auction you want to buy, your shipping info, and the maximum amount you're willing to pay (if it's an auction), and they'll get it for you. In addition to the price of the item itself, they also charge you for shipping as well as a 10% fee, so the total might be a bit on the expensive side when you factor in shipping from Japan and the crappy Dollar/Yen exchange rates. However, they have excellent customer service that's hard to find anywhere else, and they respond to e-mails very quickly.

Ouch, sorry to hear about that. I'd definitely recommend going with NCSX or PLAY-ASIA if you just need the game itself. If you really want the Memorial Box, then YJA is the only choice at this point.

Ok, I understand!.....Thanks alot for that info.
I finally ordered the game online this morning on the play-asia website with Fedex shipping.
Should be arriving early next week.

I also was laughing at the idea about VOOT having 4 players all at once.
It wouldn't be too insane for me & many others.
That concept would be SUPERB, plus Sega would make sales through the roof!.........."just saying". :D

The Asian version is still in stock. If you want the Japanese version, then just keep an eye on on Play-Asia or NCSX until it's back in stock.

If you want the Memorial Box, AmiAmi has ONE in stock (at least according to their website). With shipping to the US via EMS, the total cost is about $160.

Links's not working, but I assume it's some kind of loli/moe thing, or one of those Queen's Blade figures if you've really gone off the deep end. :?

Nice, although I personally would've gone for either Giant Robo or Mr. Rape Face.

Jesus Christ, I must of forgotten how slow Marz was, but FORCE is -really- slow.
I would actually prefer 2v2 with VOOT speed, I've always thought that the Gundam Vs series is what I envisioned VO wanted to be =/

Anyway, I'll post some pics up later on the memorial box that I got in today. Quite happy about the book, it is choc-a-block full of info and images, some of which I haven't seen in a decade and some suprising ones, remember the western poster with a female and male as Fei-Yen and Temjin? :P

I'm also quite surprised at how very hard difficulty is... since I've never played Force I'm not so sure on the VR variant mechanics and if one is clearly superior than the other. In which case damn, I'll have to grind for better VRs?

Oh, and I got mine from AmiAmi, preordered it a few months back. AmiAmi is great for Japanese games too (but I primarily use it for figures...)

P.S. Haven't been around here for a while :P Hi guys~

Apparently NCSX has a small restock of the Memorial Box edition, so pick that up quick if you're still looking for it!
