I don't really know what it is, "Virtual On Vengeance" is a joke I played on Vash and Goliath but I found this pic on a Japanese fansite and have no clue what it is.

No, Punch Out was in a generic Nintendo Playchoice 10 style cabinet. The screenshot appears to be a modification of Punch-Out but it's in the wrong cab...
