I did hear that the speed/movements of the mechs were SLOW.

That I'm VERY CONCERNED about!
Hopefully I'll pick this game up next week.
I am excited about it.

The feedback I've read so far indicates that the craziness of having four players makes up for the slower VRs. VOOT with four VRs would simply be too insane for mere mortals.Kuroilupin wrote:I did hear that the speed/movements of the mechs were SLOW.

This, and the fast VRs (fei-yen, kagekiyo, specineff, aph J, myzr) are still pretty fast to control, as long as you get used to the new lock-on mechanics. Melee is still very fast paced and dash melee is more useful than before.MentholMoose wrote:The feedback I've read so far indicates that the craziness of having four players makes up for the slower VRs. WTF?! What happened?neo helbeast wrote:So I decided to cave in and depending whats in my next/last (short story version, I broke my knee playing kinect) paycheck
What sites? Do you mean the import stores like NCSX and PLAY-ASIA? You just register, add the game to your cart, and check out. At least for NCSX, I think you can call and order by phone.neo helbeast wrote:I don't how these sites work. Anybody wanna give me a crash course?
If you decide to use YJ!A, I would highly reccomend using TokyoBuyers. Just send them an email with the link to the item/auction you want to buy, your shipping info, and the maximum amount you're willing to pay (if it's an auction), and they'll get it for you. In addition to the price of the item itself, they also charge you for shipping as well as a 10% fee, so the total might be a bit on the expensive side when you factor in shipping from Japan and the crappy Dollar/Yen exchange rates. However, they have excellent customer service that's hard to find anywhere else, and they respond to e-mails very quickly.neo helbeast wrote:Also I was talking more along the lines of Yahoo JP Auctions but, Play Asia is probally easier
Ok, I understand!.....Thanks alot for that info.Zaarock wrote:This, and the fast VRs (fei-yen, kagekiyo, specineff, aph J, myzr) are still pretty fast to control, as long as you get used to the new lock-on mechanics. The Asian version is still in stock. If you want the Japanese version, then just keep an eye on on Play-Asia or NCSX until it's back in stock.neo helbeast wrote:So play asia is out of stock of force now. It wasn't when I went to bed last night though so.
I hate you so much for linking that site. Look what you're going to make me buyMentholMoose wrote:If you want the Memorial Box, AmiAmi has ONE in stock (at least according to their website). With shipping to the US via EMS, the total cost is about $160.![]()

Links's not working, but I assume it's some kind of loli/moe thing, or one of those Queen's Blade figures if you've really gone off the deep end.neo helbeast wrote:I hate you so much for linking that site. Nice, although I personally would've gone for either Giant Robo or Mr. Rape Face.neo helbeast wrote:Nope waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better!
Jesus Christ, I must of forgotten how slow Marz was, but FORCE is -really- slow.MentholMoose wrote:The feedback I've read so far indicates that the craziness of having four players makes up for the slower VRs. The Memorial Box was my first purchase from AmiAmi, and it went well.Aya Kyunik wrote:Oh, and I got mine from AmiAmi, preordered it a few months back. AmiAmi is great for Japanese games too (but I primarily use it for figures...)
Welcome back!!Aya Kyunik wrote:P.S. Haven't been around here for a whileHi guys~
