Rinkya charges an extra 15 for shipping to them and then there was the 20 dollar commission fee plus paypal's fees. The total came to 74.84. I would really love to know what the commission fee was for. I may have to resell some of the keychains since all I wanted was the Dordray one.

Here's a "VO Force Terminal"... the card dispenser for VO4. Starting bid ¥50,000. EDIT: They dropped the price to generate some interest, which really worked (26 bids). It ended up selling for ¥50,001.

Yahoo! Japan Auctions seller may_cat_cat, who recently sold a VO4 "terminal" (pilot card dispenser), has a new auction, this time for a VO4 ROM with Hikaru board and power supply, the I/O board, a card reader with power supply, and various harnesses. Starting bid is ¥70,000 with reserve price of a whopping ¥150,000!

EDIT: Still unsold even after a price drop to only ¥60,000.

Also from may_cat_cat is a VO4 control panel, housing, and I/O board. Starting bid is ¥10,000 (note that shipping this to the US would be about that much, if not more).

EDIT: A price drop generated some interest, currently bidding is at ¥7,611. Also I think shipping to the US will be way more than ¥10,000... shipping only the panel would cost that much, but this auction includes the housing, too, which has to be heavy. I'm thinking ¥20,000 for shipping.
EDIT 2: Sold for ¥12,111. Not a bad price.

Here are spare parts for the VO4 controls from may_cat_cat. I put in a bid at ¥7,500 and was outbid. I want this, but not that bad. Honestly there is only one part I want (the spring catches) since that is subject to the most wear and tear... the rest will last a long time as long as you are careful. EDIT: Sold for ¥18,000.

Shipping this thing will probably be expensive so I don't plan to increase my bid. EDIT: I increased my bid but still lost. It sold for ¥15,000.

Here's a VER.5.2 Versus City panel from seller cyberdaioo. The panel condition looks fine but the sticks look kind of dirty. Current bid is ¥10,500. I've bought these before and EMS shipping to the US is about ¥5,500. EDIT: WOW, this sold for ¥29,600!

YJA seller mumon18 has a couple VOOT auctions going on now. The first is a VOOT VER5.66 PCB with Naomi motherboard, PSU, I/O board, wiring harnesses, and apparently a VER.5.2/5.4 marquee. The bidding starts at ¥18,000. EDIT: Sold for ¥19,000.

Here are two auctions for VER.5.4 ROMs and Model 3 boards from seller premier957. There does seem to be a sticker showing the revision but I cannot make it out. Bidding for both started at ¥8,000 and have several bids. EDIT: They sold at relatively reasonable prices, ¥15,000 and ¥13,000, respectively.

More VER.5.2 Versus City panels are showing up! It's amazing to see so many lately, but they have been selling for high prices so it's not too surprising. I like these things but I have several spares already and really can't justify the high prices (after shipping and fees they will be near $500 at recent prices). The first is from seller premier957 and started at ¥8,000 (EDIT: sold for only ¥19,500), while the second is from taromiko2003 and starts at ¥10,000 (EDIT: sold for ¥28,500)

I am curious as to why prices have been so high lately. I can only guess why. Maybe there are rumors about a new VO game being in the works that I haven't heard about. Or maybe the dedicated VO4 players want a true arcade perfect experience (these panels are the most convenient way). I thought the Hori TSEX was in stock recently so I don't know why these panels are so pricey.
