This is not really VOOT related but interesting nonetheless. A Dreamcast Dev Kit in the original box. The starting price is ¥880,000 ($7,848 as of 10/16). EDIT 10/20: The price has dropped to ¥480,000 ($4,265). SEGA DREAMCAST 開発機材 HKT-120

This one caught my interest. It is a DC controller with a connector hacked on to connect it to a Naomi. The auction includes a compatibility list of sorts, confirming VOOT 5.66 can read the VMU data (custom colors). I suspected this was the case but never got around to trying it. The other compatible games listed are Heavy Metal Geomatrix, Gunspike, and Spawn, which are apparently all playable with the controller. The starting price is ¥4,000.
Here's an auction for the service manuals for VO4 and VO4 Terminal arcade machines. The manual numbers are 420-6672 and 420-6668, respectively. Starting price: ¥10,000
Here's an official VGA Box, model HKT-8100, in original box. The current bid is ¥5,500. Unfortunately it is listed as "junk" (untested / as-is). セガ ドリームキャスト VGAボックス
This VOOM kit is listed as possibly containing the roms for the live monitor satellite board. It would be nice if someone would copy the roms to share or sell. I'm considering it but we'll see how high it goes; perhaps someone else has the same idea.

If you view the MAME driver: https://github.com/mamedev/mame/blob/ma ... model2.cpp
both the PCB picture and the ROM kit picture have the same chip numbers on the ROMs. You can see that EPR-18665 and EPR-18664, the first two program ROMs don't actually match in MAME so they're undumped, however they are very similar to the dumped EPR-18665b and EPR-18664b so I suspect that this kit actually has 2-sets of an undumped Japan Rev A.
As for the Satellite board. This might be dumped in MAME already. See ROM "vonr" /* Virtual On Cyber Troopers Relay (Japan) */

Thanks for the info! I wouldn't have bid that high without being sure. We don't even have VOOM in the arcade yet because casual people just want to play the mainstream classics and we're limited for space.

Oh wow, there was some strong interest in that item! Eight bidders, 64 bids and a winning bid of ¥120,000 (USD $1,040.01).
Here's an HSS-0130 Virtua Stick Pro in excellent condition, starting at ¥25,000 (USD $168.89). No box or manual but it looks really good and the description has "non-smoking" (非喫煙) which I think is nice to mention. SEGA バーチャスティック プロ HSS-0130
