Still hope for a US Import of A Certain Magical Virtual-on?

I've been doing a bit of thinking and realized something: this year marks the 20th anniversary of VOOT, correct? Well, after doing a bit of research, Here's a list of what I discovered:

According to the list, this year only marks the 20th anniversary of when VOOT 5.2 was released in arcades in Japan. Next year, 2019, will mark the 20th anniversary of when VOOT 5.45 was released on Dreamcast in Japan. And the year after that, 2020, will be the 20th anniversary of when VOOT 5.4 and 5.66 came out in arcades in Japan and ALSO when VOOT 5.45 came out on Dreamcast in the US. So it is still possible, however highly unlikely, that Sega could still decide to import A Certain Magical Virtual On to the US in 2 years time. It could happen. But then again, that's just me talking. What do you guys think about all this?

Oh yeah, I got the release dates from Sega Retro and Wikipedia, BTW.
