I reset his password so he should see an email about it. If he has a new email address I will need it for him to be able to reset it.

VarryoChoco says he is still using the same e-mail address but he didn't get any e-mail to reset password. I'll try to see if there are any other ways he can get in touch with you.
edit: VarryoChoco went and simply tried to login to oratan.com since maybe his password was reset, and he says he did reset his password just now. But he still can't get in because it shows that "You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed."
