On the plus side, I guess that means VOOT is popular enough that it can no longer slip under Websense's radar. Although Shmups forum isn't blocked, and I'm sure that gets more traffic than this site.

I run GOW2 on Thursdays nights as a weekly thing with me and my friends. Maybe something like that should start for VOOT. Wonder if it's also possible to catagorize your friend's list. That would be a nice feature.

Also, I'm waiting for hori's twinsticks to finish, as I am most likely to find more motivation to play it on twinsticks than I am on a pad.

Same here, and I figured more folks would be willing to play once they got their hands on 'em. While it's improved after the update, it's still somewhat difficult(for me, at least) to get a match started with randoms online. So I can't even stay sharp that way... Probably won't change much even when the sticks do hit, but oh well... Usually I'll start up the game if I see a bunch of you guys in a party though. Even if I can't put up a good fight, I can at least watch some of you go at it with the observer mode. Really thankful for that.

But even with the Twinsticks coming, there's a lot of good games coming out 'til the end of this year... ODST, Uncharted 2, Tekken 6, Assassin's Creed 2... Some of 'em are going to be difficult to tear away from.

I'll be out of commission as far as VOOT is concerned for a while. I have a crazy deadline coming up at work and what gaming time I do have is monopolized by the Shmups tournament, which will run through early October. Although one of my teammates is modding my DC twinsticks.

Alright, I know this isn't the topic for this but I felt it didn't warrant a whole new thread.

I have a simple request. Aniking, can you please put an advanced Bal-bados tutorial up on youtube demonstrating all the things you do. I know there is a thread for it but its all text. I need to see these things in action to be able to utilize them in game.

I'm typing this after I just got done the 1v1 matches with you (for anybody who is interested we played about 15 matches, aniking won 14...I won 1 lol)

So if its not too much trouble aniking can you please do this? I'm sure i'm not the only one who will benefit from this if you do it.

Long time ago, Aniking uploaded a replay with bal-bados on score attack. Did you save that? You could watch him play or the various bal-bados on the leaderboards.
