I expected it to still have a normal Gundam face under that visor, although the addition of the sunglasses with the rabbit-ear antennae reminds me a lot of the Den'an Gei from Gundam F91 (to a certain extent) and Silver Jack from the anime Armored Police Metal Jack (seen in this video about a minute in).
