Newly joined and trying to fire up my love of VOOM again. However recently stumbled onto this forum and now found out how VOOT came to Xbox 360 with Live support.
Now I have a few questions I want to sort out before I go down this long path of setting up and purchasing everything..
Originally I was looking for a VOOM Machine but plan B is to build a VOOT cabinet with XBox 360, the twin sticks from hori (though I need also to find a way to order them), and build it with a gaming chair + mounted monitor.
Firstly I want to know, Is VOOT still played on XBox live much?
Im a bit late to the party it seems (about a year and 1/2). Though seems recently there is VO Force out only recently.
Also can anyone tell me If i can run the copy of VOOT on a PAL version of XBox 360? or do I need to order a US version Xbox?.
Can anyone also tell me where to buy the heavy duty twin sticks like the ones released by Hori?
And lastly, does anyone know prefered resolution of the Xbox 360 for VOOT. - I know that some games run at different resolutions and the Xbox up/down scales accordingly.

There has been several production runs of them, all sold on a pre-order basis, so they are not regularly stocked items anywhere. Currently I believe the only reliable source for them is Yahoo! Japan Auctions. Expect to pay a hefty premium there.
