Aniking and I are both of the opinion that Raiden is, well, overpowered.

Wiser words hath never been spoken. When in the right hands, Raiden is the hardest to beat. Here's why:

1. You dash to the side or jump -> You get laser-caged, and raped to death.
2. You dash forward or backward, or don't dash at all -> You get insta-lasered, and raped to death.
Either way, you get raped to death.

So yeah, I had thought about Raiden, but Temjin came to mind first.

I'm not even going to comment on the next one because I do believe it has already been answered.

Winner winner chicken dinner! 10/80 Special is correct. Old style horse-drawn carriages on a modern highway I think is a pretty good analogy for 10/80 (mostly a VOOM VR) being in VOOT.

Zaarock got it! The answer is Apharmd S. Apharmd S's main weapons are generally single-shot, travel very fast, and have very little homing. A lot like a sniper rifle. And it's a kitten because I believe AphS is still considered a low-tier VR (ShiningStone notwithstanding)

RTRW would be the only thing he has that resembles anything sniper-esque. The bulk of his arsenal is floating orbs and waves of purple energy that have good homing and pass through obstacles.
