Sega still has the trial version of VOOM PC for download here.
They also have various patches for download:

The first link goes to the patches required to get the first release of VOOM PC running on a PC with a Pentium MMX or AMD K6 processor. If you have the second release (with MMX on the box) you likely don't need the patches.
The second link goes to patches to fix issues with certain sound cards. Two of the patches are for NEC PC-98 machines, which IIRC were only sold in Japan.
The third link goes to a patch that fixes an issue with the PC Twinsticks on NEC PC-98 machines.

Hey, I'd like to play VOOM on PC, as the AM2 or Saturn emulation is a bit crapy.
Anyone has a reliable download link for the full game ?
Would there be a way to run it with Windows 7 ?
Could I play with my Xbox 360 TwinStick ?

I have an original CD of the PC version, but it wont run on non-Intel PCs. Can those patches fix the original game?
Yes, you can use the 360 twinsticks. Even if the game has no support for it, use a program called XPadder to get around that.

The PC version really annoys me... the graphics are quite inferior (especially the lack of shadows), there's less of a framerate, and the polygons just look... awkward.
IDK, maybe I'm just spoiled by having the arcade cab, but I'd suggest the PS2 port over this.
Still this is pretty cool if you've never played VOOM in any way before. Thanks for posting.
