RTRW would be the only thing he has that resembles anything sniper-esque. The bulk of his arsenal is floating orbs and waves of purple energy that have good homing and pass through obstacles.

His plain RW is sniper-like. It's one of the few RWs that is mostly limited a single shot at a time.
