How to include pictures in posts?

Can anyone tell me how to make posts with pictures in them?
I'd like to share a finished project with everyone here.
Simple question really.

There are two options. First, you can upload the image to a host somewhere, then include the URL to the image with the "[img]" tag. Second, you can use the "Upload attachment" option on the forum (visible when you are posting something). Previews of the images (then can be clicked to view the full image) will show up at the bottom of your post by default, or you can click the button to include the image inline in your post.
