1) The front/end size (of the base?) is changed (lengthened?) for stability purposes
2) The hand rest area (the area directly in front of the sticks) is made more like a slope now.
And if you don't like the changes, you can cancel the order within this period.

OLD:

NEW:

It's nice that they are apparently putting some thought into it.

New version looks better. Also with a bigger base, it is probably more stable too.
VR: Bal-bados, Angelan, ALL.

I don't like either design to be perfectly honest, but if I had to choose one, it would have to be the former design.
The new design looks ridiculous! - that slant is way too much for my liking. You can still have the slant, but not right down to the bottom - stop it back a bit sooner and drop down half an inch or so. If that makes sense...

Interesting. I didn't expect another redesign, but I like it.
Are there any pics around of the first prototype TwinSticks, but in the same resolution as the new sticks pictures that MentholMoose linked?
I can find smaller images but not a big version.

A new update on the official site.
Looks like they're play testing a prototype Twin-Stick.
As always, google translated can only do so much, but testing seems to be going okay (?).
So what happened with the Twin-Sticks with the front rampy thingy?

Looks like the first revision prototype was delivered to the Sega team for functionality impressions with the "rampy" second revision to be delivered for testing at a later date.Long Shadow wrote:So what happened with the Twin-Sticks with the front rampy thingy?
